1. Company Information

2a. By using SolidBullTrade (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2b. The Platform provides digital asset services including spot, staking, futures, margin, and automated (bot) trading.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3a. You must be 18 years or older to use our services.

3b. KYC verification is mandatory:

  • 3bi. Submit a valid government ID and tax identifier (e.g., SSN).
  • 3bii. Inaccurate details may result in suspension or rejection.

4. Account Security

4a. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4b. Report unauthorized access to support@solidbulltrade.com.

5. Trading Services (Overview)

5a. SolidBullTrade provides multiple trading services, each with specific rules, limits, and risks.

5b. Execution quality varies with market conditions, liquidity, and network status.

5c. Availability and parameters (pairs, leverage, staking terms) may change to protect system integrity and comply with regulations.

6. Spot Trading

6a. Description

  • 6ai. Exchange one supported crypto asset for another (no fiat pairs).
  • 6aii. Executed orders are final and irreversible.
  • 6aiii. Prices reflect market supply and demand and may move rapidly.

6b. Orders & Execution

  • 6bi. Supported order types may include market, limit, and stop orders.
  • 6bii. Partial fills may occur; residual amounts remain open until filled/canceled.
  • 6biii. Orders may be canceled for technical, risk, or compliance reasons.

6c. Risks

  • 6ci. Volatility risk: rapid price movements can cause loss.
  • 6cii. Liquidity risk: large orders may incur slippage.
  • 6ciii. Network risk: congestion or outages can delay deposits/withdrawals.

7. Margin Trading

7a. Description

  • 7ai. Uses borrowed funds to increase position size.
  • 7aii. Losses can exceed your initial margin; you may owe additional funds.
  • 7aiii. You must maintain maintenance margin at all times.

7b. Liquidation & Calls

  • 7bi. If equity falls below maintenance levels, positions may be liquidated automatically.
  • 7bii. Liquidation fees and slippage can increase realized losses.
  • 7biii. You authorize the platform to reduce/close positions to enforce risk limits.

7c. Risks

  • 7ci. Leverage amplifies both profits and losses.
  • 7cii. Borrowing/funding rates may change without notice.
  • 7ciii. High volatility may trigger rapid liquidations.

8. Futures Trading

8a. Description

  • 8ai. Trade derivative contracts referencing future asset prices.
  • 8aii. Contracts may be perpetual or time-bounded; specs vary by market.
  • 8aiii. Mark price (not last price) may drive margin/liquidation processes.

8b. Margin, Funding & Liquidation

  • 8bi. Initial/maintenance margins are required and may change with risk.
  • 8bii. Perpetuals may include periodic funding payments (positive/negative).
  • 8biii. Positions may be auto-reduced/closed to enforce risk limits.

8c. Risks

  • 8ci. Leverage magnifies P&L; rapid losses are possible.
  • 8cii. Basis and funding variability may impact returns.
  • 8ciii. Extreme volatility may cause gaps, slippage, and liquidation cascades.

9. Staking

9a. Description

  • 9ai. Delegate assets to validators to support network security/consensus.
  • 9aii. Rewards are variable and depend on protocol conditions and validator uptime.
  • 9aiii. Some assets have bonding/lock-up periods and unbonding delays.

9b. Terms & Availability

  • 9bi. APY displays are estimates; actual yields can differ.
  • 9bii. Early withdrawal, if allowed, may incur penalties or lost rewards.
  • 9biii. We may change supported assets, lock periods, or validators for risk/compliance.

9c. Risks

  • 9ci. Slashing or validator penalties may reduce principal/rewards.
  • 9cii. Protocol/governance changes may impact staking returns.
  • 9ciii. Market risk: asset price may fall while staked.

10. Bot Trading

10a. Description

  • 10ai. Automated strategies execute trades per your configuration and risk settings.
  • 10aii. You are responsible for parameters, signals, keys, and results.
  • 10aiii. Performance depends on volatility, liquidity, latency, and API health.

10b. Configuration & Controls

  • 10bi. Misconfiguration can cause losses; test settings before deploying size.
  • 10bii. We may pause/stop bots for security, technical, or compliance reasons.
  • 10biii. Strategy, pair, and sizing limits may apply per plan and market.

10c. Plan Tiers & Profit Limits

  • Silver Trader: Daily cap 1.0%, 30-day cap 20%.
  • Gold Trader: Daily cap 1.5%, 30-day cap 25%.
  • Diamond Trader: Daily cap 2.0%, 30-day cap 35%.
  • Master Trader: Daily cap 2.5%, 30-day cap 45%.
  • Platinum Trader: Daily cap 3.0%, 30-day cap 55%.
  • VIP Trader: Daily cap 3.5%, 30-day cap 70%.
  • Exclusive VIP Trader: Daily cap 4.0%, 30-day cap 85%.

Violation: If bot profits exceed your plan’s cap, a Profit Violation is triggered and trading pauses. You must complete a verified upgrade to resume.

10d. Disclaimers

  • 10di. Backtests and simulations are not guarantees of future performance.
  • 10dii. Service interruptions or market gaps may impact strategy behavior.
  • 10diii. Automated trading can amplify both gains and losses.

11. Account Upgrades

11a. Purpose. Upgrades provide access to higher-tier plans with expanded trading capacity and profit limits.

11b. Independent Funding (Required). Upgrade fees cannot be paid from existing profits or main balance proceeds. All upgrade payments must originate from new, verified deposits or external wallets.

11c. Fraud Prevention & Compliance. This rule protects against internal fund cycling, bonus abuse, and money laundering, and is required under platform AML policies.

11d. Profit Violation Trigger. Exceeding your plan’s profit cap places the account in Profit Violation Status. Trading pauses until a verified upgrade is completed.

11e. Review & Timing. All upgrade requests are reviewed by compliance. Activation occurs after verification. The platform is not liable for delays or denials due to incomplete or failed checks.

12. Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees

12a. Deposits must be made using supported blockchain networks.

12b. Withdrawals depend on blockchain traffic and verification completion.

12c. Fees are displayed before each transaction. No hidden or forced fees apply.

13. Profit Limits and Violations

  • 13ai. Every trader plan has profit ceilings that define fair usage limits.
  • 13aii. Breaching these limits requires immediate plan upgrade authorization.

14. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies carries significant financial risk. SolidBullTrade provides no investment or financial advice.

15. Compliance and Monitoring

Accounts are monitored under strict anti-money-laundering (AML) and fraud prevention protocols. Withdrawals may be paused during reviews.

16. Suspension and Termination

SolidBullTrade reserves the right to suspend any account found engaging in fraudulent or non-compliant activity.

17. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for market losses, exchange errors, or unforeseen technical interruptions.

18. Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Estonian and EU law under the jurisdiction of Tallinn, Estonia.
